Relay Desk in context
Relay Desk needed a calmer product story for a support platform where operators move between live queues, internal notes, and customer context.
The project is structured as a complete case study with category references, service tags, gallery imagery, measurable outcomes, and long-form sections built for the existing CMS template.

The challenge
The interface had too many equal-weight surfaces. Teams could complete tasks, but scanning, prioritizing, and handing work across shifts felt heavier than necessary.
The solution
We reorganized the experience around status layers, tighter information density, and reusable interface modules that make urgency visible without visual noise.

The results
The study produced a clearer product narrative, faster support flows, and a CMS case study that explains both interface decisions and operational impact.
